Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy

You must ship all item(s) back to us within 7 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking information. We will not accept any returns after 7 days. This Policy is strictly enforced. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.   

In the return package please include a note providing the Name used to place the order, Order number and Reason for the return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping costs and taxes paid at the time of purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If the item(s) was not charged a shipping cost due to a free shipping promotion, we would need to deduct the shipping cost for the item(s) returned.

To be eligible for a return or exchange merchandise must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it, no makeup or deodorant stains on them. It must also have the original tags. 

Due to Hygiene purposes Bodysuits and any Intimate clothing are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

If the item is an exchange for another size and the item is still available when the return is processed, the item will be shipped to you free of charge. Otherwise, you will have the option of getting store credit for the item price less taxes and shipping or we will Refund you the cost of the item less taxes and shipping. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Store Credit

Store credit codes do not expire and Sales are FINAL when used. Store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional codes.

LATEST IN FASHION RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO SOLELY DEFINE, LIMIT, REFUSE, AND/OR REJECT RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO:

An excessive return history indicative of "Wardrobing" and/or fraudulent or criminal activity.
